A Bit About Me

Justin Cloud is a seasoned Chief Engineer with over two decades of expertise at L3Harris Technologies and Lockheed Martin. His career journey includes roles as an Engineering Project Manager, Deputy General Manager, and Director of Strategy and Technology. In 2019, Justin founded The Cloud Family Foundation, where he currently serves as the Executive Director. This STEM-focused Non-Profit aims to support students in underrepresented communities through grants and scholarships, and in 2023 launched the Level-Up Brother program targeting the development of 11th and 12th grade young men.

A distinguished alumnus, Justin holds a BS in Computer Science from North Carolina A&T State University ('01) and an MS in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University ('06). Actively engaged in academia, he serves on advisory boards for the Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) departments at NC A&T and JHU's Engineering for Professionals. Additionally, he contributes to the Florida FIRST Robotics Education Foundation Advisory Board and the East Orlando Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Justin takes pride in his affiliation with Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., and the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). Recognized as a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) champion, he has earned prestigious awards such as Lockheed Martin's Corporate Diversity Outreach Award and The Diversity Difference Award.

Beyond his professional achievements, Justin has been featured in the Florida Today newspaper, and is a sought-after guest speaker and panelist for various professional and educational organizations nationwide.
