Justin Cloud

Justin Cloud is a Chief Engineer with over 20 years of experience with L3Harris Technologies and Lockheed Martin. In prior roles he served as Engineering Project Manager, Deputy General Manager, and Director of Strategy and Technology. He hold a B.S. Computer Science from North Carolina A&T State University, and Masters in Systems Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University.

In 2019, Justin established The Cloud Family Foundation, and serves as the organization’s Executive Director. The Cloud Family Foundation is a STEM based Non-Profit supporting students in underrepresented communities providing grants and scholarships. He currently sits on Advisory Boards for The Johns Hopkins University, North Carolina A&T State University, and Florida FIRST Robotics.

Justin has been featured in the Florida Today newspaper, the Keynote speaker at the Valencia Colleges STEM Summit, workshop speaker at "Blacks in Tech" and other guest speakers and panelists for many professional and education organizations across the nation. He is a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) champion; winning Lockheed Martin's Corporate Diversity Outreach Award, The Diversity Difference Award, and is the past Enterprise Chairperson for L3Harris' African American Employee Resource Group.
